(Last week) The beginning of 'hyperlink' is 'Memex' system described in "As We May Think" written by Vannevar Bush. "As We May Think" first formulated the concept of hyperlink. Actually, Memex was not made. But, the import thing is what the concept of hyperlink present. Since that time, we have made an effort in half-century.
(This week) In 1965, Ted Nelson named the concept of Memex 'Hypertext'. That time is year of appearance of hypertext. And he planed the xanadu project including non-linear writing and word processor. The xanadu project corresponded the concept of hyperlink in today. In 1968, Douglas Engelbart published the concept mouse, hypertext, object addressing and dynamic file linking, shared-screen collaboration, communication over a network with audio and video interface at the Fall Joint Computer Conference in San Francisco.
